Wagner lovers are cordially invited to Karlsruhe from 1-4 October 2015 to attend the semi-finals and finals of this highly prestigious singing competition.
All the competitors are put forward by Wagner Societies and represent the finest young Wagner singers in Europe. The Wagner Society is proud to support Kirstin Sharpin, who we have nominated as a contestant. We wish her ever success and will keep you posted as to her progress.
Palco Reale, the well-known German cultural tour organisers, are in charge of the programme and have put together a wonderful and cost-effective package for travellers. There are several local tours on offer, along with tickets for the competition and a performance of Der fliegende Holländer at the Badisches Staatstheater. In addition, participants can choose from a range of hotels at varying prices.

Helena Dix, our candidate for the last competition, held in 2012, made the semi-finals and those of us who went along to support her had a wonderful time in this charming city.
